7. Stop and dont click. Never respond to cyber bullying. Tell an adult, never keep these things hidden. Filter out personal information, cellphone numbers, age, school. personal info. Also save evidence, dont delete threatening texts or messages online.
8. indidual rights are specific to ones rights, They are regaurdless of whatever group you are in.
9. Figure out who the bully is, identify them and contact them personally telling them you are going to take legal actions. Block the bully and dont fight back. Defend yourself by taking legal actions.

2. Some ways parents can effectively address cyberbullying are that they could monitor their kids computer time, and what sites they get on to. The more they know about what their child is doing the more they can do to prevent cyberbullying. They could also monitor the pictures their kids place online. Pictures are often used as a public manipulation for cyberbullying, calling others fat, or ugly. The parent could have an open conversation with their child about computer use. You could talk about what they do online and what they should not do online, the parent could tell them to be careful and if anyone says something innopropriate or is repeatedly saying mean things to tell them.
